Kaizen-Muse Certified Creativity Coach, writer, and functioning perfectionist who understands what it feels like to be ‘easily overwhelmed’.

I’m a mother of 3 small children, an introverted HSP (Highly Sensitive Person) AND I still find time to be a writer, business owner and wife. It’s not always easy, but it’s super rewarding.
